"Great! I can't say anymore Tom is professional. This place rocks! If you are looking to NOT have to deal with the nasty haggling tactics of big dealers, who bludgen you over the head with cars you do not desire or even want to look at... goto MONZA they will show you what you want to look at and more importantly what you want to buy! The automobiles are superior to any dealer in a fifteen mile radius, and the entire staff is just human, and down to earth. Not one staff member of sales associate puts pressure on you at all. It's the way things used to be run back in the good old days! It is THE WAY THINGS COULD be ran now if people WOULD take the time to learn that making a sale for the sake of making a sale is not what selling a automobile is all about. I have read the negative remarks here and they all read so incorrectly to what I experienced buying from MONZA CAR USA! BOB, ALLAN and TOM really allowed me get into a auto that I wanted, and not one they just wanted to get rid of or sell for the money. My personal car buying goes back 19 years, in that time frame I have purchased 10 cars all from dealerships, out of the 10 cars purchases MONZA CAR and its entire team were the most relaxed to work with."

"Buying a used car is daunting enough. The very thought makes one's body tense up in preparation. But my visit to Monza Car in Sherman Oaks, CA was pleasant and professional. We've all been backed into the proverbial hard-sell corner by the pushy car salesman, but that is NOT the tactics or approach taken by the people at Monza. They're straight with you. Because their lot is a small corner location, they don't carry a huge inventory, but they make up for it with quick turnover and up front staff that does business on the level. We found a good deal at a fair price. Naturally, you have to do your homework ahead of time so you know what the "market will bear" but once you're armed and ready to sign, they won't give you the usual song and dance. That was refreshing. We opted to purchase contract cancellation protection, which was extra, but worth every penny for the peace of mind. That way, we had an out if our mechanic found any major fault with the the car, which he inspected after our payment. Monza knows that it isn't good business to pass along junk cars - gains them nothing for their reputation, so you can be assured that the cars they handle are worth your time. We are happy with our purchase of a Honda 2002, 85K miles car! "

But because I'm in the market for a used Porsche Cayenne Turbo and this dealer happen to have one in stock, I really wanted to stop in and test drive the Cayenne they were advertising online. I have to admit Allen the representative that helped my girlfriend and I was a pleasure to work with. Used car salesmen are tough to trust. However he was extremely professional and was never pushy whatsoever. He even went over all the numbers very clearly without any smokes and mirrors. "I was in the market for a new car and really had no idea what to get. I went onto the Monza Car website like I have done in the past to see what they had on the lot. There I found a 2004, C230 Sport Mercedes Benz with a 6 speed manual transmission! I had not seen that before. Now, I had never considered myself a Mercedes guy but that car spoke to me. It was unique and in flawless condition. I phoned Monza and spoke with Alan. What I found great about Monza Car was their ability to not pressure you into purchasing a car from them but making sure that you found the right car first. No one likes to deal with the pressures of the car salesman. I certainly don't. But at Monza Car, they wanted to make me comfortable which is what they did. Not only that, they worked out the deal for me by going the extra mile in making sure that I was not only happy with the car but the deal as well. "I bought my 2005 Jag XKR from Monza Car in April 09. Tom Clark told me the brakes were just under 40%, which didn't meet Monza's specs, so they put new brakes (verified when I took it in for state inspection) all around and fixed a couple of other minor niggles before shipping it to me. This is the second Jag I've bought from the internet and I did not see the XKR in person until it was delivered to me in St. Louis. Internet dealers are a lot more pleasant to work with than local dealers {even good ones) and if you are looking for a relatively scarce model the internet is the only way to go, especially for upscale marques. The car was as advertised and Monza Car gave me first class treatment in every regard. I would highly recommend them. (I also got a VERY good price on the XKR.) "

While I didn't get the deal of the century, I got a very FAIR one and the negotiation was smooth and REALLY pleasant. I bought a BMW convertible with barely any miles and at a price that was below what I could find else where and on the net. I was referred to Tom by a guy at my gym who had just bought a car there. All there cars are in pristine condition and have low miles. The few little things that were wrong with the car (ie. scuff, a door ding, etc) they fixed. They even put new tires on the front because the ones on there were worn. After I took the car, Tom told me to go over it and if there was anything that he could do to improve it that he would. These guys are NOT the slime ball dealers that I was so used to dealing with. I highly recommend them. "

The salesman, Alan, let me have the space I needed to access the vehicle I was considering, a 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. I also received some very honest feedback from Tom Clark about the positives and negatives of the vehicle. I was very impressed with their honesty about the vehicle's condition. Tom even worked to get me an extended warranty that fit my budget and covered the items I had concern about. They even worked out an arrangement to allow me the time to transfer funds at a later date to cover my downpayment without delaying the purchase of the vehicle. Tom even worked for three hours getting banks to compete against one another and get me a very low interest loan. I purchased my vehicle with confidence and after nearly a month and a half later, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would like to say the following to the people who read negative reviews about Monza Car: all used cars carry a higher degree of risk if you chose to purchase one, especially higher end ones like my Porshce Turbo. But it was simple and painless at Monza: A friendly, funny and easy-going representative named Alan laid out what they wanted for their car; we laid out what we wanted for ours. Since I had never seen the car in person, I was nervous, but he eased all of my fears and gave me some great advice regarding financing options, loop holes and potential issues with an out of state purchase and recommendations for shippers. Some of his recommendations certainly weren't going to earn him a cent or even a referral and yet he still gave me his honest and best advice. When I am purchasing a luxury car, I expect to be treated with a greater amount of respect and given the appropriate amount of attention. As a woman and a professional, I was very pleased. I never had to involve my husband so that someone would listen to me wth respect. I purchased a fantastic car at a very fair price and would highly recommend working with them..especially Alan. "

"In June, I bought a 2002 Porsche from Monza. Bob was very friendly and professional. My experience was very pleasant. I had some reservations about going to a used car dealership. I thought I was going to get Larry from Three's Company dressed in Ralph Furley clothes. The only thing I wished is that I would have fully inspected the interior. I found a slight tear in the leather but I believe they didn't know about it either. It was a minor expense. Overall, good service, friendly and they know their stuff. I would go back and will recommend my friends."

"Great customer service good cars! Yes it is inevitable that all cars will have issues that's why mechanics exist. It's a boutique auto dealer. Not the typical. One review said all control arms were broken on an Audi or something to that effect. I'm not understanding how this person didn't notice this in the drivability of the car unless the previous car was a pinto after a rear end accident. As for the rearview on the beetle. It's a VW seriously you could have had the dealer inspect it for free I know I have had 3 jettas a gti and a eos. Anyhow they are cool they know about cars they work with you if you have a concern. I have purchased two cars from this boutique car dealer and love both. To think a car wouldn't have issues is just naive in 1984 I purchased a brand new Toyota camry off the truck at the dealership and bam one week later tranny was shot, VW brand new jetta problems after problems. Nothing and no one is perfect but this place in my opinion is as good as it gets from NYC to California!"
